A note from TantraFlow founder, Rebecca Thieneman:

The time is ripe for awakening. This teaching synthesis is in service of the ineffable experience of non-duality: no separation, a prayer for direct recognition of our boundless nature. Through an unfinished tapestry weaving past and future in the present moment, this is an invitation for unbridled curiosity and innermost opening to love, honoring:

  • the senses as gateways to wisdom and bliss

  • the body as a vessel for infinite alchemy

  • the mind as a tool for deepening presence, and expanded remembrance

  • the heart as a resonant instrument attuning to all of life

TantraFlow is an integrative experience of sound, movement, and meditation, welcoming tantrik practices and philosophy inspired by non-dual Kashmir Shaivism into the flow of Vinyasa yoga. Exploring complimentary fusions such as Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing, TantraFlow is intended to provide accessible everyday tools and support for practitioners on the journey of deepening in self-cultivation, and interconnection to all that is. Everyone is welcome to come explore the mystery and continuously rediscover the center within of deep boundless remembrance.

Always Love,

Rebecca

Sound Journey

Music is innate in us all. All matter is vibrating, thus sound has an influential role upon changes in matter. Sound Journey is the conscious use of sound to support continued healing and embodiment, and the expansion of conscious awareness using this universal language. Instruments may include voice, crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, tuning forks, hang drum, frame drum, rattles, chimes, flute, and harmonium. Group facilitation and private sessions available.

Sound Immersion

An immersive workshop for yoga teachers and healing professionals seeking to incorporate sound into their classes and/or core offerings. If this is you, or you’re a studio manager or owner wishing to bring this to your community, please get in touch.

Nada Yoga

Union through nada: sound. An ancient metaphysical practice of inner transformation through sound and tone, based on the premise that the entire cosmos and everything in it is made of vibration. A mystical exploration of deep listening.

Flow

Through a synthesis of scientific and spiritual modalities, TantraFlow offers explorations of expansion through sound, movement, and meditation, thoughtfully woven into inspiring experiences of embodiment and expression intentioned to reintroduce tantric practices and philosophy into the flow of Vinyasa yoga.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow, grounded practice emphasizing the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—helping to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. A meditative journey of cultivating inner silence and stillness.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, or yoga sleep, is an evidence-based ancient transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that helps calm the nervous system by processing emotions and thought patterns, and supports a deepening in connection to inner well-being and the heart’s longing, generating equanimity that underlies all circumstance you may encounter in your life.

Guided Meditation

An integration of meditative techniques including visualization, breath work, and sound. Designed to engage the senses as a means to support participants in accessing expanded states of conscious awareness.
